Shikhar coaching teacher gets anticipatory bail

In this case, on 11 June 2024, Police Station Gwalior BG registered an FIR against Kamlesh, Dharmendra and Vivek Sharma. It was argued in the court that the work of accused teacher Dharmendra is limited to teaching only in coaching. While the FIR is accused of harassing fees. The work of recovery of fees is related to management. No such complaint was made while the student was alive, while an FIR was lodged, accusing him of harassing the fees after one month of death. Agreeing with his argument, the court accepted the petition and gave the accused the benefit of anticipatory bail.
