Shikhar coaching teacher gets anticipatory bail

Gwalior | Dharmendra Kurmi, a teacher of prestigious coaching peak, finally got relief from the High Court. A case of abetment of suicide has been registered against the teacher in the student’s suicide case. In order to avoid arrest, the accused teacher said Sessions Justice

Advocate Prabal Pratap Singh Solanki said that on 10 August 2023, the body of Nilesh Jadoun was found on the railway track. In this case, on 11 June 2024, Police Station Gwalior BG registered an FIR against Kamlesh, Dharmendra and Vivek Sharma. It was argued in the court that the work of accused teacher Dharmendra is limited to teaching only in coaching. While the FIR is accused of harassing fees. The work of recovery of fees is related to management. No such complaint was made while the student was alive, while an FIR was lodged, accusing him of harassing the fees after one month of death. Agreeing with his argument, the court accepted the petition and gave the accused the benefit of anticipatory bail.
