Sports fair in Hoshiarpur concludes: Baddo, Tanda and Habowal village team remained in the first place, deputy speaker rewarded

A six -day sports fair organized by Hoshiarpur police with the objective of making awareness campaign against drug addiction and the children of the soldiers towards the game concluded today. Punjab Assembly Deputy Speaker Jaikrishna Rowdy presented the awards to the winning players.

The winning teams were given first prize 11000 rupees, second prize 5100 rupees and third prize was Rs 2100. Apart from this, football, volleyball and basketball were also distributed to encourage other participating teams towards the game. Village Baddo police station Garhshankar, village Jiyan police station Chabewal got second place, village Mehtiana police station Mehtiana got third place. Bullowal Police Station Bullowal was achieved.

Tanda Police Station Tanda got the first, Bullowal Police Station Bullowal secured second, Purhira Police Station Model Town finished third.

In the kabaddi competition, first place was received by village Habowal police station Garhshankar, second place was received by village Bagpur police station Haryana and third place by Dualpur Gilla Police Station Haryana.
