Supreme Court directives: High Court Bar ASO. Status in bill recovery from

The Supreme Court received Rs 94 lakh of MP High Court Bar Association. The status quo has been instructed in the case of electricity bill recovery. The bench has sought answers from MP rule and others. The Madhya Pradesh High Court on 3 May 2024, the High Court Advocates Bar Association, Jabalpur and Madhya Pradesh High Court, the High Court had clearly stated that they will have to bear the electricity bill of allotted places to the advocates unions. Advocate Siddharth Radhelal Gupta on behalf of the MP High Court Bar Association presented the side. He said, electricity expenses should be borne from the State and Law Department.
