The landlord threw the family goods living on the road in a house on Mandi Road in Dausa city. The victim’s tenant alleges that he has given an advance of one lakh rupees, yet his household items were thrown on the road.

Not only this, the victim’s wife and children were also indecent and abused. The hearing was not held despite informing the Kotwali police station. In such a situation, the victim has pleaded for action by giving a complaint to SP Ranjita Sharma. . But when the landlord suddenly asked him to vacate the house, he asked for time to shift the goods that he would vacate the second house. Threw all the stuff on the road. During that time he himself was not at home, in such a situation, abuses and indecency were abused with family members.

The victim says that in the past a complaint of harassment of the landlord was given to the police station but The police did not take any action on his complaint. The victim says that he has also given one lakh rupees advance in the name of maintenance of the landlord. Despite this, he did not agree and threw goods on the road during the rainy season.

In such a situation, the victim tenant has pleaded for justice from SP Ranjita Sharma.

Regarding the case, Kotwali police station in-charge Hiralal Saini says that there was a dispute between the tenant and the landlord about 20 days ago. Which was explained from both sides. During that time, the tenant asked for some time to vacate the house. Information has been received about throwing road goods.

The tenant has been called to the police station, after taking complete information, action will be taken as per rules.
