Dhamdaha Nagar Panchayat’s Chief Councilor Rani Devi, which started on the orders of Rani Devi, has stopped installing home census and name plates. Along with this, an amount of Rs 100-100 has also been refunded from the house owners instead. The work, which started on the arbitrary order of the Chief Councilor, was opposed by the councilors, after which the EO withdrew it. After publishing the news about this, Vendor Munna Kumar, who started the work, has also returned the money taken from the homeowners. Councilor Nandan Kumar of Nagar Panchayat Ward-1 and Councilor Nutan Devi of Ward-04 said that 100 rupees have been returned from homes owners in exchange for putting name plates. Chief Councilor Rani Devi said that this work has been completely banned after the protest of ward councilors and the ban by EO Dhamdaha. Also, the amount taken from the people of the wards has been returned to all the home owners. Without any departmental order, the Chief Councilor Rani Devi automatically ordered a house census and name plate in all the wards of the Nagar Panchayat. This work was also started on his orders. For this, a person named Munna Kumar Gupta was made a vendor. Munna Kumar Gupta started the work and recovered Rs 100-100 by putting name plates in the houses of about 150 home owners. On getting information about this to the councilors, he protested and demanded a ban from the EO.
