On the information of special team (DSS) of District Police in Jaisalmer, Sangar police station arrested a crook with illegal weapons and narcotics. 14 kg 700 grams of illegal doda-poppy was recovered from the crook. During this, an illegal weapon (gun) was also recovered from him.

Sangar police station in -charge Bagduram said that on the information of the informer, the crook Babu Singh has been caught and he is constantly questioned. Illegal weapon 303 bore guns have also been found from him. The inquiry is also going on. The police had received information from the informer that a person named Babu Singh is in the house with a doda-poppy. After this, the Sangar police raided Babu Singh and caught 14 kg 700 grams of illegal doda-poppy from his possession. Also caught a 303 bore gun from his possession. The police have registered a case under NDPS and started inquiries related to weapons and doda poppy.
