Section 376 to be imposed for rape will now be 63. {The Indian Civil Protection Code (BNSS) will have 533 sections. 160 sections of CRPC have been replaced. 9 new streams have been added and 9 have been removed. {There will be 356 sections in the Code of India Justice (BNS). 175 sections of IPC have been changed. 8 new streams have been added and 22 have been removed. {170 sections are included in the Indian Evidence Bill. , The Evidence Act had the first 167 sections. The 23 sections have been changed. The Rajasthan government is creating an app regarding new laws. All videos will be recorded and stored in it. The video will be uploaded to the cloud through this application. After this, you can be seen on CCTNS by accessing the website. The talk of recording video in the police department and uploading it on the app remains a matter of discussion. No separate cameras have been given for this in police stations. In such a situation, the investigating officers will have to make a video from the mobile on the spot and upload it on the app and send the State Crime Record Bureau and National Crime Record Bureau. Also, a forensic investigation will have to be done in crimes with more than seven years. All districts of the state do not have advance forensic labs.
