Training given to women panchayat representatives

A three -day non -residential training of women panchayat representatives was launched in Dhabolia Auditorium Kusheshwarsthan Eastern Block under Megha Project by Center for Catalizing Change. In which a total of 26 women ward members and women heads of Ethhar, Usri, Sudhine Gram Panchayats of Kusheshwarsthan Eastern Block participated. The training will conclude on 27 June. State Head of Center for Catalizing Change, Prakash Ranjan said that through training, efforts are being made to empower democratic institutions to remove water imbalance due to climate change in Bihar state for the first time, so that flood relief Gender lenses can be taken care of in programs. Planning and implementation of flood disaster management can be ensured according to the problems and needs of women. BDO Kishore Kumar Paswan, Block Panchayat Officer Gopal Paswan Zonal Officer encouraged women representatives and motivated them to understand the subject of training and work in their field.
