Two companions of the smuggler caught with 1 kg of heroin controlled

Police Station Ranjit Avenue Police has arrested 2 more colleagues of Rania Lopoke, resident of Amandeep Singh, including one kilo heroin and car. The arrested accused have been identified as Manpreet Singh and Mandeep Singh alias Sunny resident of Sultanwind Gate with a resident of Gali Bhat. 1.1 kg of heroin and 8.75 lakh drug money and car have been recovered from the accused.

SHO Rabin Hans -headed team controlled Amandeep with one kilogram of heroin and car. Significantly, the accused Amandeep, who was caught earlier, used to give a consignment of heroin from Pakistan. They used to further hawala amount, which further sent Pakistani smugglers. The police are investigating the backward and forward links of drug smuggling network in the case. So far 2.1 kg of heroin has been recovered in the case.
