United Opposition in Haryana shows BJP trailer: Zilla Parishad chairman snatched the chair; If you gather, the government will fall in Rajya Sabha seat, floor test

BJP’s concerns about the trailer of united opposition have increased before the assembly elections in Haryana. An example of this was seen in the election for the post of chairman of Zilla Parishad in Panipat. In this election, Kajal Deshwal, after seeing the opposition united as an independent candidate, also raised his hand by the BJP for 10 years in power from this seat. This is the reason that no one filled the form against him.

13 of the total 17 councilors participated in voting. Political experts say that soon after the Lok Sabha elections, this Zilla Parishad election has raised concerns about the BJP about the Rajya Sabha seat and the floor test to be held in the assembly.

Now read this BJP’s concern 2 reasons …

Rajya Sabha seat is the first reason for BJP’s concern in Rajya Sabha seat. This seat is vacant after Congress’s Dipendra Singh Hooda won the Lok Sabha elections from Rohtak. Like the election of Panipat Zilla Parishad chairman, if the opposition units on this seat, then this seat will come out of the BJP’s account. The BJP has already lost 5 seats in the Lok Sabha elections. In such a situation, if the Rajya Sabha seat also goes out, then it will be a big shock for the party.

The floor test in the assembly is the reason for the reason that the mathematics of the Haryana Assembly has changed after the Lok Sabha elections. The Congress and other opposition parties are constantly claiming to be in the minority of the government. Congress, JJP and INLD have also written letters to Haryana Governor and have demanded floor tests. Although the government is claiming that the Congress is spreading misleading news, there is nothing like this.

Why such situations made … In Haryana, first BJP (41) and JJP (10) alliance Was the government. This alliance broke exactly from the Lok Sabha elections, but the BJP again formed the government with 6 independent MLAs. However, before voting for the Lok Sabha elections, 3 independent MLAs withdrew support. The opposition parties are claiming to be a minority by opposition parties after the first 3 MLAs were reduced and the support of independents. The majority figure has fallen from 46 to 44. However, after the winning of CM Saini from Karnal, 41 BJP MLAs have been completed in the House. Even after the support of Gopal Kanda of Halopa and an independent MLA Nayan Pal Rawat, BJP is seen away from the majority figure. So Saini government’s difficulties may increase. The reason for this is that the opposition currently has a total of 44 MLAs, including 29 (except Varun Chaudhary), 10, 4 independents of JJP and Abhay Chautala of 1 INLD.

This 2 The reason, due to which the government is safe

first: CM Naib Saini’s government proved a majority on March 13, two and a half months ago. After which the motion of no confidence is not brought again for 6 months. Assembly elections are to be held in Haryana in October-November after so long. Then there will be no need for such demand.

Second: Jajpa has filed a petition with Assembly Speaker Gyanchand Gupta to cancel the membership of his two MLAs. If the membership of 2 JJP MLAs is canceled, then the number of party and opposition MLAs will fall to 42, which is one less than the BJP. Apart from this, the government can also save the government by getting resigned from BJP’s rebel MLA Jogiram Sihag and Ramnivas Surjakheda.
