Villagers plead for construction of school building on CPGram

Now villagers are also lodging a complaint on CPGram demanding the construction of school building. The latest case is of Basti, the upper secondary school of Harnaut. Dozens of villagers, including the headmaster, have uploaded the signed application on CPGram. In the application, an average of 200 students are present against the total enrollment of 300 in the upliftment higher secondary school township. Classes from class 9 to 12 are operating in only two rooms while 12 teachers are posted. Principal and villagers have also written in the application that 1 acre 62 decimal land of the school is available. Regional Education Deputy Director Vinay Kumar Thakur has instructed the DEO to investigate the facts inscribed in the application and take appropriate action in the interest of the school and students and inform the applicant.
