Water supply affected due to power shutdown

Balod | Water supply has been affected in the city for two days. People in the wards are craving for drinking water. Even after 48 hours, the BJP workers went to the EE office of the power company and demanded to fix the system.

Councilor Kamlesh Soni said that the municipality has failed on every front. The public is upset and the municipal president is absent. BJP city division president Suresh Nirmalkar said that even during the rainy days, there is not enough water. Sometimes the water supply is stopped for two days due to lightning and sometimes water motor burns. District BJP Minister Amit Chopra said that if the problems of the people are ignored, then there will be a movement soon. During this, former city general minister Nitesh Verma, city general minister Narendra Sonwani, BJP leader Ravi Pandey, former Alderman Vinod Jain, Mahesh Pathak were present.
