Woman dies in assault, FIR

A woman’s husband Chandan Sah, father -in -law Lalan Sah and mother -in -law Shila Devi were beaten first in the market committee Mohalla of Nawada police station area. Due to which the woman died. The deceased was Indu Devi, who was the wife of Chandan Sah, a resident of the market committee Mohalla of Nawada police station area. Mahesh Sah, the father of the deceased Indu Devi, got the information of the incident. After receiving the information, Mahesh Sah along with his family reached the market committee’s house on Monday morning and saw that daughter Indu Devi had died. After which Mahesh Sah reported the incident to the Nawada police station. After receiving the information, the police of Nawada police station reached the spot and started investigating the incident sent to Sadar Hospital for post mortem. Mahesh Sah, the father of the deceased Indu Devi, said that I married my daughter Indu in 2022 with all the same in Dan Dowry and married Chandan, son of Lalan Sah, a resident of Bazaar Samiti Mohalla of Nawada police station area. A few days after the wedding, husband Chandan, mother -in -law and father -in -law started harassing for dowry and always assaulted her. In the greed of dowry, husband Chandan father -in -law Lalan Sah and mother -in -law Shila Devi beat up my daughter Indu on Sunday night and hanged them to death. Police station head Nawada said that the body of a woman was found from the market committee of the police station area on Monday morning. Which was sent to Sadar Hospital for post mortem. Mahesh Sah, the father of the deceased Indu Devi, has filed an application in the police station and filed a case of dowry murder by nominating three people. Among the nominated people are the deceased Indu Devi’s husband Chandan Sah, father -in -law Lalan Sah and mother -in -law Shila Devi. After the case was registered, the police quickly arrested Lalan Sah and Shila Devi. Police is conducting raids for the arrest of husband Chandan.
