Woman dies in private hospital, angry relatives locked: Allegations of infected blood offering, warning of funeral in hospital premises itself

Angry relatives created a ruckus in the hospital after the death of a woman during treatment at a private hospital in Bhilwara. The family sat outside the main gate of the hospital and warned of agitation till the justice was not found. The woman died due to this. He has accused the hospital management of offering infected blood. However, on the spot, CO City and local police officer reached the spot and opened the jam.

The protest started from 4 pm at 8:45 pm. Meanwhile, after explaining and reconciliation between the two sides, the family ended the protest. The hospital management placed the body of the deceased woman in Mahatma Gandhi Hospital’s Morchuri, where the deceased will be cremated after the postmortem on Sunday.

The case is of Ramsnehi Hospital in the city. The deceased’s brother-in-law Dinesh Vaishnav said- Pushpalata Vaishnav, the 36-year-old wife of his brother Mukesh Vaishnav living in Gangapur, was checked at the hospital on 26 June due to lack of blood. The doctor had told that the woman is anemia and she would have to offer 4 units of blood. After receiving the consent of the housemates, about 3 units of blood were offered to the woman. Meanwhile, due to any infection, the woman’s condition deteriorated and this morning the woman died.

family members alleged that the hospital management also continued to treat the dead woman. The family did not even let the woman go near and in the afternoon informed that the woman had died. The staff misbehaved with the Bhil family and threw them out. When the family got information about the death of the woman, the angry family sat on a dharna outside the hospital.

The family warned the deceased’s medical board demanding action against the postmortem and the guilty doctor. If the demands are not met, then the body of the woman will be cremated in the hospital itself. Although at around 8:45 pm, after the explanation and reconciliation between the two sides, the family ended the protest.

The hospital management and police had a round of explanation in the closed room with the family of the deceased, which agreed between the two sides at 8:45 pm. The jam on the road outside the hospital was opened by the protesters. According to the police- The deceased’s husband has a medical store in Gangapur, Bhilwara and has a ten-year-old child.
