Workers are not getting benefit in the scheme

All the craftsmen and artisans of the district who have done the works in the traditional way of the district and artisans of the district are finding it difficult to get the benefit of PM Vishwa Karma Yojana. 5 thousand applications have come from about different areas in the district. Of these, 1237 applications have been approved. According to the information received from the District Industries Department, steps have been taken from several levels to unload the scheme at the panchayat level, but the result is not looking positive. Under this scheme, there is a provision to give loans up to three lakh rupees to each beneficiary. For registration, the beneficiary will have to provide Aadhaar, mobile number, bank details and ration card. If no one has a ration card, then all the members of the family will have to provide Aadhaar card. According to the information received from the Department of Industry, only 1237 applications have been approved out of five thousand. Which is equal to about one quarter of the application. Which is not getting as much benefit as the application should get. Only Indian citizens can apply for the scheme. Only one of the 18 works fixed by the government will get a loan. The age of the applicant for the scheme should be 18 to 50 years. The applicant should have a skill certificate from a recognized institute. The benefit of the scheme will be available only to those applicants who will be one of the 140 castes. In this scheme, the government gives loans to increase traditional skills. A loan of 3 lakh is given in this scheme. Only 18 traders get the benefit of this scheme.

In this way the loan facility will be available to start his own business in the PM Vishwakarma Yojana, provided that person has a traditional skill. After repaying the amount of lone, a loan of up to Rs 2 lakh is available in the second phase for the expansion of the business. This loan will be available at an interest rate of only 5 percent.
