At the same time, CM Yogi Adityanath appealed to the people of the state to protect them by planting one or two fruitful plants.

School children will be made aware

There will be public awareness programs under the Van Mahotsav. Under this, Prabhatferi, street plays, painting, essay, debate competition and seminar etc. will also be organized at the school level. Along with this, there will be emphasis on environmental protection, importance of tree plantation, rainwater harvesting, water conservation, elimination of hygiene-plastic, etc. /P>

During the forest festival, the department will also have the emphasis on publicity for the heritage tree garden. Along with this, plantation in the wetlands catchment, saplings along the river, plantation will also be done for the protection and revival of rivers, plantation in urban areas. From first to July 7, there will be many programs at a large scale including public awareness in every district. Also, the names of a tree mother will be planted as per the instructions of the Central Government.

CM’s appeal to the common man- must plant at least one or two plants

Chief Minister Yogi under Van Mahotsav Adityanath has appealed to plant at least one or two fruitful plants in your home-courtyard during this rainy season. Also, plant more and more saplings in the state and take them irrigation and continuous care.

In 2024 also, 35 crore will be planted by Yogi Sarkar

For this, the goals of departments and mandals have already been set. The Forest Environment Department will plant 14 crore and the Rural Development Department will plant 12.59 crore saplings in the state.
