Top leaders of almost all the major constituent parties of Bihar NDA participated in the Sankranti Milan ceremony organized in Patna. The presence of leaders of JDU, LJP (RA), HAM, RLMO and other allies made it a program giving a strong political message. A grand celebration of traditional Dahi-Chuda and Khinchadi feast was organised.
