This time the number of competitions in Pandum has been increased from seven to twelve, which include dance, song, craft and traditional cuisine. Chhattisgarh Liquor Scam: Bhupesh Baghel's Former Deputy Secretary Saumya Chaurasia Arrested

Saumya Chaurasia, who was the deputy secretary to the former Chief Minister in the liquor scam, has been sent to jail on 14-day judicial remand. ED had arrested him on 16 December. Soumya Chaurasia is accused of illegal earnings of Rs 115.5 crore. Investigation revealed that she was an active member of the liquor syndicate and had also played a role in posting in the Excise Department.
