Jagran correspondent, Gorakhpur. Keeping in mind the extra rush of passengers on Holi festival, the railway administration has announced the operation of two pairs of special trains. This is expected to provide great relief to passengers traveling on Eastern and North Indian routes.
According to the information released from the Railways, 03527 Asansol-Gorakhpur Holi special train will depart from Asansol at 13:20 hrs on March 1 and will reach Gorakhpur at 03:30 am the next day, stopping at various major stations. In return, 03528 Gorakhpur-Asansol special train will depart from Gorakhpur at 06:30 hrs on March 02 and reach Asansol at 21:00 hrs on the same day.
Similarly, 03131 Sealdah-Gorakhpur special train will depart from Sealdah at 23:50 hrs on 26th February, 2nd and 5th March and reach Gorakhpur at 18:00 hrs the next day. In return, 03132 Gorakhpur-Sealdah special train will depart from Gorakhpur at 21:00 hrs on 27th February, 3rd and 6th March and reach Sealdah at 16:20 hrs the next day.
Railway officials say that the number of long distance passengers increases during the festival, in view of which additional special trains are being operated.

Gorakhpur-Anand Vihar special train will run today Gorakhpur: It has been decided to operate 02595 Gorakhpur-Anand Vihar Terminal single journey special train on Monday. This special train will depart from Gorakhpur at five in the morning.
As per the scheduled time, the train will depart from Basti at 05:47 hrs, from Gonda, Sitapur, Bareilly and Moradabad at 14:08 hrs and reach Anand Vihar Terminal at 5 pm. A total of 22 coaches including 20 AC third coaches will be installed in this train.
