Jagran Correspondent, Haridwar: Actress Urmila Sanawar thanked Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami for deciding to conduct a CBI investigation into the Ankita Bhandari murder case.
Urmila claimed that CBI investigation could not have been recommended on the basis of audio recording alone. Therefore, after conducting the SIT investigation, the Chief Minister decided to conduct a CBI investigation. Urmila said that now she will sleep peacefully.
Issuing a video statement, Urmila said that she is happy that she has become the voice of Uttarakhand and raised the voice of justice for Ankita by becoming the daughter of Uttarakhand.
Urmila said that people are calling her Ankita Bhandari and are also saying that she has the soul of Ankita Bhandari inside her, this is the love of the people. After confronting the government and administration, one realizes that this demand has not been made by me, but by Ankita Bhandari herself. Because I lived in Mumbai.
I have full faith in Lord Mahadev that Ankita daughter will get justice. Urmila said that my brother Dhakad Dhami has approved the CBI investigation and I will also give full cooperation in the CBI investigation.

In the video statement, Urmila Sanawar said that the SIT interrogated her for a long time. He answered all the questions and cooperated fully. After this investigation, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami felt that somewhere some criminal is still escaping from the grip of the law.
