The US Defense Department told the New York Post that Hegseth is currently on his 'Arsenal of Freedom' tour, which aims to focus attention on the US defense industrial base and boost military recruitment.
According to reports, right-wing internet personality Laura Loomer was also on board. Posting on social media, Loomer said Hegseth told recruits at the Los Angeles Military Entrance Processing Station to dedicate their lives to their country and God. He further asked whether it is any surprise that American military recruitment is increasing so much.

What is 'Doomsday Plane'?
The E-4B Nightwatch is a heavily modified Boeing 747 operated by the US Air Force. It serves as a flying command center designed to keep the federal government functioning during major national emergencies, including nuclear war. It is also known as 'Doomsday Plane'.
The plane flew to Joint Base Andrews in Washington, D.C., in June as President Trump was considering options for a possible military strike against Iran. It was also seen in Fort Worth, Texas in September. The most recent flight was first spotted by Airline Videos, a YouTube channel that shows 24/7 livestreams of aircraft activity.
