Now injustice will not be allowed to happen to Jharkhand under any circumstances. The Chief Minister became emotional while remembering the demise of party supremo Shibu Soren. His eyes filled with tears and his throat became choked. Controlling himself, he said that today he is both emotional and excited. Earlier we used to get our rights and rights by fighting, but now we will get our rights by taking the help of law also.
42 percent mineral wealth, nothing special in the budget
Targeting the Central Government, he said that 42 percent of the country's mineral wealth is in Jharkhand, yet there is no special provision for the state in the Union Budget.
He said that it is true that the people of Jharkhand are still facing challenges economically, educationally and socially, but they are not so weak or naive that they cannot understand the conspiracies of the opponents and feudal forces. Now the public senses such political conspiracies in advance and also knows how to give a befitting reply to them. He alleged that the people of Jharkhand have understood the game of grabbing power by stealing votes through money power and misuse of constitutional institutions. The Central Government is doing injustice to the people of Jharkhand by not releasing the amount of Rs 1 lakh 36 thousand crore that the state should receive as royalty on mineral wealth.
Opportunities for better education for tribals and indigenous people
Enumerating the achievements of the state government, the Chief Minister said that his government has made such laws, due to which the tribal children here are getting better education opportunities.
He said that 150 years ago our ancestors were fired upon, made to sit on the ground and whipped, but today the youth of Jharkhand are representing their state in the global forum Davos. In the style of 'Guruji', he appealed to the youth to make education the strongest weapon. He said that the youth should stay away from drugs and become doctors, engineers, BDOs, COs, journalists and judges, only then Guruji's dream will come true. Chief Minister Hemant Soren became emotional while remembering the contributions of his father, late Shibu Soren, who was the party supremo. He said that today we are present on Jharkhand Day, but this day is that page of history from where Dishom Guruji showed us the path.
Today he is not among us, but we are proud that we are the children of such brave sons, following the path and ideas shown by him, we are working among the people. He said that with the blessings of Guruji, work is being done on a large scale for the poor, tribals, indigenous people and women of the state. The state government will create massive employment opportunities in the next five years. The government will fully respect the mandate given by the public in the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections. The Chief Minister said that the government is fulfilling the promises made to the public, but the central government wants to snatch away the rights and rights of the tribals and indigenous people by creating obstacles.
Protecting water, forests and land is JMM's priority. This time the battle has been fought for identity, respect and rights. Now the party will move towards decisive and holistic development through this public meeting. He said that the respect of women has increased with the Chief Minister Maniya Samman Yojana. JMM supremo Shibu Soren had formed a separate Jharkhand state on the basis of his movement and struggle, now work is being done to beautify the state as per his dreams. While clarifying the future political direction, he said that even in Tinsukia, Assam, voice has been raised for the rights and rights of the tribals. If the injustice done to the tribals does not stop there and they do not get their rights, then the tribals of Jharkhand will reach there and support them in the fight for their rights.
