Jagran correspondent, Meerut. In a gym near the power station in Madhavpuram, a Muslim trainer lured a Hindu girl by pretending to be Rahul. Kept chatting with her on Instagram. In the name of Valentine's Day, the trainer took the girl to a pizza restaurant on Sharda Road. Someone informed this to Bajrang Dal workers.
He reached the restaurant, grabbed the trainer and created a ruckus. After beating him, the trainer was handed over to the police. The police brought the girl to the police station. Bajrang Dal workers have filed a complaint against the gym trainer at the police station. Police is investigating.
A young woman resident of a colony used to go for fitness in the gym near the cemetery in Madhavapuram. There the Muslim gym trainer became close to him and became his friend. Describing himself as a Hindu, his name was Rahul.
After this both of them started chatting on Instagram. People saw both of them walking together many times. On Thursday, Valentine's Day, the gym trainer called the girl to the pizza restaurant located on Sharda Road. Both were eating pizza here. During this time someone recognized the gym trainer.
Seeing the Hindu girl together, he informed this to Bajrang Dal leaders Vishal Dhanak, Ankit Kumar, Karan Jatav, Amit Gupta and Pramod. He reached the restaurant with the workers and started a ruckus. When the trainer tried to run away, they caught him. The trainer again revealed his name as Rahul. When the workers beat him, he revealed his name as Sufian.
On receiving information about the uproar, Brahmapuri police station reached the restaurant and took the gym trainer into custody. She brought him to the police station along with the girl. Here Bajrang Dal leaders alleged that during training in the gym, Hindu girls are lured into love trap. After this, they are kidnapped, converted and physically exploited.
The police called the girl's relatives to the police station and handed her over to them. The relatives of the Muslim youth also reached the police station. Bajrang Dal workers filed a report and demanded to be sent to jail. The inspector pacified them by assuring them of action. Bajrang Dal workers remained at the police station till late night.
