Jagran correspondent, Hathras. Haryana Police has arrested the absconding main accused Vikram alias Vicky and Kamalkant alias KK Pandit in the case of murder of soldier Akhilesh Kumar by firing indiscriminately on the afternoon of February 5 on the Agra-Aligarh highway.

Vikram is a history sheeter in Sadabad Kotwali. Sadabad police has sent Vishal and Raja to jail.
Vikram and KK Pandit were arrested by the Crime Branch team of Pipli police station in Haryana on February 10 from near Devi Lal Park bridge.
