Digital Desk, New Delhi. A sad news has come out from Solapur, Maharashtra. Sunil Motilal Sadarangani, owner of the city's famous Maltani Bakery and entrepreneur, committed suicide by jumping from the 17th floor of a building. The incident took place at Panash Apartments located on Vijaypur Road.

Sunil Sadarangani reached Panash Apartments in the afternoon. It is being told that he chose to go up the stairs instead of the lift and reached straight to the 17th floor. There on the terrace, people saw him in a distressed condition.

In a video that went viral on social media, Sadarangani is seen standing on the terrace, his hands folded in prayer posture. Seeing his condition, the people present there immediately informed the security guard of the building.

The security guard stopped him, yet he returned and jumped.

As soon as the information was received, the security guard reached the terrace and after much persuasion, brought Sadarangani down from the edge. He also became calm for some time. After this he told the guard that his keys were left upstairs.

Making the pretext of bringing the keys, he again went to the 17th floor and jumped from there. As soon as he fell down, he died on the spot. As soon as information about the incident was received, the team from the nearest police station reached the spot. The body has been taken into custody and sent to the government hospital for post-mortem.

Police engaged in investigation

Police have registered the case and the reasons behind the suicide are being investigated. At present, it is being investigated under what circumstances Sunil Sadarangani took this step. Officials say that the reason behind the incident will be clear only after the investigation is completed.
