An electricity bill relief scheme has been introduced for 1.28 lakh defaulting consumers of Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (DVVNL). The first phase of which was from 1st to 31st December, the second phase from 1st to 31st January. Which has been extended to January 5.
