Communication Assistant, Panchrukhi (Kangra). The menace of stray dogs is not decreasing in Himachal Pradesh. A dog attacked a child going to school on Saturday morning near the Salyana temple of Panchrukhi in Kangra district. The ferocious dog tore the child's uniform. It was fortunate that the student did not suffer serious injuries. The innocent child was badly frightened by the dog attack.
The innocent child was going with his sister
According to the information, on Saturday morning the children were going to school as usual when a dog attacked Vansh Rana, a student of class 6, who was passing by on the road passing through the temple to the school. He was going with his sister.
Sister ran after hearing brother's scream
When he screamed after being attacked by the dog, his sister Disha and her friend who were walking ahead of him saved the brother from the dog. During this time, he did not get hurt because of the dog but the dog tore Vansh's uniform.
It would have been difficult if the child was alone.
The fortunate thing was that if Vansh had been going to school alone, he would not have been able to save himself from the dog attack and a major accident could have happened.
Vansh's father Anil Kumar has appealed to the police administration that whoever has kept dogs should keep them tied, because this negligence can cost someone's life. The family has demanded a police investigation, if the dog is a pet then action should be taken against the owner.
