Jewar MLA Dhirendra Singh gave information about the proposed road widening.
Jagran correspondent, Jewar. The link road connecting several villages from Jewar Tehsil Headquarters to Yamuna Dam will be widened and strengthened by the Public Works Department. On the proposal of Jewar MLA, the proposal sent by the Public Works Department as link roads from tehsil to other district roads has been approved, work on this route will start soon.
On Saturday, Jewar MLA Dhirendra Singh inaugurated its construction work by performing Bhoomi Pujan in a program organized in Jewar Madhaiya village.
From Jewar tehsil via Pragyan Public School, Jewar will go to Madhya Yamuna Pushta via Sahabnagar, Sirsa Machipur, Gaushala, Govindgarh road. Connecting several link roads, this other district road will have a length of 7.750 kilometers on which widening and strengthening work will be done at a cost of Rs 12 crore. With this connectivity route, traffic to Haryana via Yamuna Pushta will become even easier.
Traffic will increase on main routes coming from Haryana
Jewar MLA Dhirendra Singh said in the program that after the operation of Noida International Airport, the traffic on the main routes coming from Haryana will increase, in view of which he had demanded the widening of this route from the state government. After the construction of this road, along with providing convenience to the people of dozens of villages, it will also provide relief to the people traveling towards Haryana.
