Jagran correspondent, Kanpur. The body of a student missing since Thursday evening in Kanpur was found on Friday morning. There was chaos in the family on the information. The student was the only son of the family. GRP had informed the family about the train being cut off near Chandari station.

Shubham, the 19-year-old only son of private worker Rakesh Sharma, living in Swarnjayanti Vihar, Koyla Nagar, Chakeri, was a 12th class student from Kamakhya Kamadgiri Inter College. Along with studies, Shubham used to work in a balloon shop located in Collectorganj. He had gone to work on Wednesday and left the shop at eight in the evening but did not reach home till late in the night. Relatives kept calling him but his phone did not pick up. When relatives reached GRP late in the evening, they got information about a young man being hit by a train near Chandari station. The relative reached the spot and identified him as Shubham. He has expressed fear of something untoward.
