Communication partner, Phillaur. In village Gadha of Phillaur, a speeding car hit a 13-year-old girl who was returning with her aunt after paying obeisance at the Gurudwara, resulting in her death. According to the information received, last night Muskan (13), a resident of Gadha village, who was a student of 6th class, was returning home with her aunt Parveen after paying obeisance at Gurudwara Sahib.

Both were walking on the roadside when a car coming from behind hit them. The impact was so strong that Muskaan jumped and hit a nearby tree and was seriously injured. Muskaan was immediately taken to the hospital, where doctors declared her dead.

After the collision, the car also collided with another vehicle parked nearby, due to which the car driver Daljit Singh, resident of Village Nagar, was also seriously injured. Phillaur police has taken Muskaan's body into its custody and kept it in the civil hospital.

Regarding this, SHO of Phillaur police station Jaswinder Singh said that the police had reached the spot after receiving information from the control room. Based on the statements of the deceased girl's aunt Parveen, a case has been registered against the car driver Daljeet Singh and the vehicle has been seized. Police are investigating further, while Muskaan's last rites were performed by the family today at Gadha village.
