The deceased has been identified as Manish Singh Mehar (22), resident of Netra Salan village of Barakot block. Manish used to work in the kitchen of the club.
Barakot District Panchayat member Yogesh Joshi said that help has been requested from District Magistrate Manish Kumar and Chief Minister Camp Office officials to bring Manish's body from Goa to his village Netra Salan. He told that Manish Singh Mehar used to work in the kitchen in a night club in Goa. He had gone to Goa some time ago.
The news of Manish's death has been given to his relatives. He said that the Champawat administration has assured to help in sending the body from Goa to the village after completing the necessary formalities.
