Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, while inaugurating the campaign to grow 17 species of tulips in the garden of the Chief Minister's residence complex, planted tulip bulbs with his family.

State Bureau, Jagran Dehradun: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Friday inaugurated the campaign to grow 17 species of tulips in the garden of the Chief Minister's residence complex and planted tulip bulbs with his family.

This time four thousand tulip bulbs are being planted in the garden of the Chief Minister's residence complex. Which also includes the special colored tulips of Lake Purple and Bicolor species. While directing the Horticulture Department to prepare an action plan for commercial production of tulips, the Chief Minister laid emphasis on innovation in the field of flower production and horticulture.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, along with taking detailed information about tulip production from garden in-charge Deepak Purohit, also took information about various works related to horticulture including mushroom production, silence keeping in the campus.
