Hindu youth beaten to death in Bangladesh
Digital Desk, New Delhi. Another horrifying incident has come to light from Bangladesh. Here again a Hindu youth lost his life in a mob attack in Pangsha area of Rajbari district. 29 year old Amrit Mandal was beaten to death by the mob. This incident happened just 7 days after the death of Dipu Chandra Das.
What is the reason behind the incident?
According to the news of 'The Daily Star', the police said that the youth was killed by the mob on charges of extortion. The incident took place around 11:00 pm on Wednesday night in Hosendanga village of Kalimohor union. The deceased Amrit Mandal alias Samrat lived in this village.
In this case, the police has arrested Mohammad Salim, an associate of Amrit. Two weapons have been recovered from Salim. Police SSP said that Samrat's body has been sent to the mortuary of Rajbari Sadar Hospital for post-mortem.
Samrat is accused of extortion by forming a gang. According to the Daily Star report, local people have accused Samrat of forming a criminal gang. He was involved in extortion and other criminal activities for a long time. After going into hiding in India for a long time, he had recently returned to Bangladesh.

Samrat had demanded extortion money from Shahidul Islam, a resident of the village. Last night Samrat and his associates had gone to Shahidul's house to collect money. When the family members shouted and raised an alarm, the local people reached the spot and beat up the emperor. His other companions managed to escape.
