Selection will be held for the post of National General Secretary to National Secretary of the party.
Neelu Ranjan, New Delhi. After the appointment of 45-year-old Nitin Naveen as the new National Working President of BJP, the search for young faces has started for the organization. Under this, many young faces active in different states can get a place in the organization at the national level. These include posts ranging from National General Secretary to National Secretary of the party.
After January 14, the national organization will be reorganized after the selection of Nitin Naveen as the national president and its approval by the National Council. According to senior BJP leaders, with Nitin Naveen, an attempt will be made to strike a balance between youth enthusiasm and experience in the party organization.
Efforts to achieve regional balance also
Among the current general secretaries, Sunil Bansal, Vinod Tawde and Tarun Chugh may continue to have the same responsibility in future also. Whereas former Union Minister Anurag Thakur from Himachal Pradesh, former State President of Tamil Nadu Annamalai and former Chief Minister of Tripura Vipal Dev can be made General Secretary. One or two more faces are being considered to achieve regional balance.
Anurag Thakur has long experience of Yuva Morcha as well as government, which is considered very important from the point of view of coordination between the government and the organization. At the same time, Annamalai, who left the IPS job and joined BJP directly, can prove to be helpful in increasing the party's support base in Tamil Nadu as well as South India.
Party will give a big message to the workers
Vipal Dev, who became the Chief Minister for the first time after defeating the leftist government in Tripura, is one of the big leaders of North-East India who originally came from BJP. By giving big responsibility in the organization, BJP will try to give a big message to the workers of North-East India.
Similarly, it is being said that more emphasis will be given to new faces for the National Secretary. There is talk of change in the media cell of the party in full swing. In the selection of new office bearers, the entire emphasis will be on strengthening the BJP organization at the grassroots level to every corner of the country.
