Jasan, Agra. In Agra Police Commissionerate, the Commissioner is teaching the policemen the lesson of civilized behavior with the citizens. The police stationed at Sikandra police station are committing hooliganism. One such case has reached the State Human Rights Commission.
The victim has filed a case in the State Human Rights Commission regarding the beating of the bike rider coming from the wrong side and breaking his head, along with the challan of the bike as well as the action of disturbing the peace. The victim has accused the Inspector of Sikandra police station of assaulting him without any reason. He says that if a case is not registered against the accused inspector, he will approach the court.
Kailash Mod resident Yogesh Sharma had accused the Inspector of Sikandra police station of assault. He has said that on the evening of 19th December, he was going by bike from Sikandra Tiraha towards home from the wrong side. Inspector Neeraj Solanki, who was checking at Sikandra Tiraha, stopped him and asked him to turn around from Mandi.
According to Yogesh, he was turning the bike when the inspector started taking photographs of the bike to issue the challan. They called other policemen who were checking, took out the keys of the bike and started beating them. The policemen were forcibly pulling him into the tempo to take him to the police station, when the Inspector caught hold of his head and hit it into the tempo, due to which the head burst. The victim has said that the action of breach of peace and challan has been made in a fake manner.
In this matter, the State Human Rights Commission has registered a case on the complaint of Yogesh Sharma. Yogesh Sharma told that he got the bike seized by the police released on Wednesday. He said that if the police does not register a case against the accused inspector, he will take recourse to the court.
Inspector had abused the family
In the beginning of December itself, Inspector Rahul Kumar, posted in the same police station, had misbehaved with a decent family and misbehaved with the family.
