Digital Desk, Indore. An incident of indecency and abusing of Fourth Additional District Judge Prasannasingh Bahrawat has come to light in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh on Wednesday. He has lodged a report at Nahar Darwaja police station. According to the judge, at around 10.20 in the morning, he was going to the court by car, when Pankaj Gharu, State Working Committee member of BJP SC Morcha, arrived with his four other colleagues and blocked his way by stopping his car on the road.
When the judge requested to remove the vehicle, he showed the intimidation of power and said that we are the people of Bhim Sena and Maharani (MLA Gayatri Raje Panwar). If you mess with us, we will kill you. Police have registered the case and arrested Pankaj Gharu. Others are being searched.
The incident took place near Dhan Lakshmi Marriage Garden located on Bhopal Road. Its video is being circulated on the internet media. In the video, a person is clearly seen stopping the judge from sitting in the car. He is also threatening to lodge an FIR by using abusive language. When the judge sat in the car and started moving forward, the accused surrounded him, stopped him from opening the door, threatened him and even tried to attack him with a dog.

Bulldozer action taken against the accused
After the incident, bulldozer action has been taken against the accused Pankaj Gharu. A joint team of Municipal Corporation, Tehsildar and police removed the encroachment made by him on Bhopal Road. His poultry farm built on government land near Maksi Bypass intersection was demolished with a bulldozer. The Advocates Association President has said that the lawyers will not represent the accused. It has come to light that several cases have been registered against another accused related to the case.
MLA said- no relation with the accused
MLA Gayatri Raje Pawar termed the incident as condemnable and said that the police should take strict action. Have no connection with anyone like this. Meanwhile, BJP District President Raisingh Sendhav said that Pankaj Gharu is a member of the party, but is not on any party at present.
