Keshav Tyagi, Hapur. A woman living in a village colony of Dhaulana police station area tried to rape a neighboring youth and his companions by entering their house. When he protested, he was brutally beaten.
Despite complaining about the incident at the police station level, the police has not taken any action yet, due to which the hurt victim has appealed to the Superintendent of Police on Monday for justice.
The victim was alone in the house
In the complaint letter, the victim woman told that her husband is a driver by profession and comes home after every few days. On February 7, at around 2 pm, she was alone in the house. Taking advantage of this, a young man living in the neighborhood entered her house and molested her and tried to rape her.

When she protested, the accused abused her and threatened to kill her. Meanwhile, the accused beat him brutally. When the woman raised an alarm, the accused fled from the spot.
After some time, the accused again entered his house with his two associates. All three together abused and slapped the woman. Not only this, they also tore her clothes.
Accused trying to register a false case
After the incident, the victim immediately complained about the accused to Dhaulana police station and UPSIDC post, but no legal action was taken. Now the accused are roaming around trying to file a false case against him.
Upset over the lack of action, the victim has demanded the Superintendent of Police to lodge a report in the matter and order strict action against the accused.
SP Gyananjay Singh said that the concerned police station has been ordered to investigate the matter and take action. Under no circumstances will injustice be allowed to be done to women.
