State Bureau, Ranchi. Police Headquarters has issued necessary instructions for the successful conduct of the budget session of the Sixth Jharkhand Assembly by corresponding with all the Zonal IGs, Range DIGs, SPs of units and districts.
They have been instructed to remain up-to-date regarding crime and statistics. Data may have to be made available at any point during the ongoing session of the Assembly. The budget session of the Assembly is proposed from 18 February to 19 March.
In the instructions issued by the Police Headquarters, it has been said that the time for giving answers to the questions asked through the members in the Assembly is short and fixed. To send reply material, facts and returns at a fast pace, form a cell in your respective office, in which two officers should be made in-charge of the cell.
Apart from this, the list of other members of the cell should be made available to the Police Headquarters without any delay along with their office and residential telephone and mobile numbers, fax and e-mail, so that if necessary, they can be given necessary guidelines regarding question and answer over the telephone.
Keep ready crime statistics related to the district, review report of important cases, updated action details and establish coordination with all the subordinate police station in-charges and DSPs of the district, so that answers to questions can be provided at a rapid pace.
Prepare updated reports regarding important incidents and incidents that have occurred in the district in the last six months, so that any issue raised can be answered in a short time.
Make sure to provide answers to assembly related questions clause wise as per the question and also review it while preparing the answer.
