Jagran correspondent, Badaun. The condition of the employees of Government Medical College is bad. They have not received salaries for the last six months, due to which many employees are facing financial crisis. This year's Diwali festival also went empty. Neither could he buy any goods nor celebrate his festival properly nor has he received his salary yet.

Due to this he was forced to protest. Just a few days ago also he had asked for a protest demonstration. Despite this, his salary was not taken into account. Due to this, on Wednesday all the employees left work and demonstrated and demanded their salaries. They have been assured that their salaries will be paid soon.

In the Government Medical College, 314 employees are working under Harsh Enterprises Company. For a long time, they are not getting their salary on time nor are they getting leave on time. He is worried about his salary for the last four-five years. Many times there have been demonstrations in the medical college and the employees have also gone on strike.

Despite this, the condition of the medical college is not improving. The employees here have complained from the medical college administration and administrative officials to many leaders and the government level. Now the situation is that he has not received his salary for six months, due to which he is facing many problems.

They are bringing money from their homes and spending it but now the situation has become more serious. He is struggling with financial crisis. Due to this, their patience ran out on Wednesday, due to which all the employees left work and demonstrated. The employees told that they are very troubled for the last six months.

They are not being paid salaries on time, which is hampering their children's education. Their fees are also not being deposited on time. The teachers are ready to strike his name. He told that the biggest problem is that his house is not running. Their families are struggling with financial crisis. Now many employees have started borrowing.

When the college administration came to know about this, they were explained. He was assured that his salary would be paid soon. Except for one month, the remaining salary would be sent by Thursday. Despite this the employees are not satisfied. He has said to complain to Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya.

In this matter, talks have been held with the employees and also with the responsible people of the outsourced company. Their salaries will be paid soon.
