BDA's 'Digital Attack': Now It Is Easy To Get The House Map Approved, You Will Get Instant NOC From The Unified Portal

Jagran correspondent, Bareilly. NOCs of various departments, which come in the way of map approval for building construction in the city, will no longer hang. BDA has planned to simplify the map approval process and dispose of NOC related applications in 15 days. In this regard, a workshop was organized on the Unified NOC Management Portal in BDA on Wednesday with officials of various departments.

A presentation on the working of the portal was given by the software company M/s Abentrix. Experts explained how applicants or architects can apply for No Objection Certificate from the concerned departments through online mode and track the status of the application on the portal.

Also, the nodal officers of all concerned departments were informed in detail regarding the log-in process, application testing, objection acceptance and deadlines. During this, BDA Vice President Dr. Manikandan A. Gave instructions to all the departments to dispose of the applications received related to No Objection Certificate within a maximum of 15 days, so that there is no unnecessary delay in the process of map approval and the general public does not have to face any kind of inconvenience.

During this, detailed information was also given regarding ‘Fast Pass Module’. It was told that residential maps of less than 100 square meter area and commercial maps of up to 30 square meter area, which come under the approved plat maps or planned colonies of the authority, can now be approved through self-certification by depositing a token amount of one rupee.

In the approved layout, in plots for residential purpose (except multi-unit) up to 500 square meters and for commercial purpose up to 200 square meters, where the plans have been prepared by a licensed technical person, the maps of such plots can be approved by a registered architect or a licensed engineer by depositing the prescribed fee.

BDA Vice President said that this workshop will be important in making the map approval process digital, transparent, time-bound and citizen-friendly. With this, the general public, architects and engineers will be able to get quick and easy services. During this period, nodal officers from Tehsil Administration, Pollution Control Department, Municipal Corporation, Ground Water Department, PWD, Forest Department and other departments were present.
