Jagran correspondent, Palwal. A case of a deadly attack by entering a house over a drain dispute has come to light in Utavad village of Hathin police station area. On the basis of the complaint, Utavad police station has registered a case under various sections and started investigation.
In this case, the victim Zubair, resident of Utavad, has lodged a complaint that on December 26, he was at his house and was filling water from a neighbor through a water hose. Making an issue of some water leaking from the old pipe, Sahabuddin, Munfed, Sakir, Jamshed, Umar and Maqsood, Warish came and entered his house and attacked him. The accused had a pistol, a stick, an axe, and an axe.
Rs 20,700 snatched from pocket in attack
Zubair and his brother Sahid suffered injuries in the attack. Other members of the family also suffered injuries. During the attack, Munfed forcibly snatched Rs 20,700 from Zubair's pocket. The victim claimed that he had the video recording of the attackers as evidence.
When the villagers intervened, the attackers ran away, but while leaving they threatened to kill them if police action was taken.
