BPSSC invites applications for government jobs
Jagran Correspondent, Patna: Bihar Police Under Service Commission (BPSSC) has invited applications for 64 posts of Superintendent Clerk. The appointment process will be completed through written and physical efficiency test. Online application for this has started from January 2. The last date is February 2.
Candidates can visit the department's website www.bpssc.bihar.gov.in/ and get information from the Home Guard tab. The minimum age of all categories of candidates applying should be 18 years and the maximum age of general category males should be 37 years by August 1, 2025.
The age limit given for general category women, backward class and extremely backward class men, women and auspicious people is 40 years.
Similarly, for men and women belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe, it will be 42 years. A written examination of 100 marks will be taken. Candidates will be given a period of two hours to solve the question paper.
Candidates scoring less than 30 percent marks in this will be declared unsuccessful for the physical efficiency test. Similarly, on the basis of marks obtained in the written examination, candidates will be selected for the second phase physical efficiency test.
The Commission has said that the procedure and level of physical efficiency test will be the same as prescribed for the posts of constable in Bihar Police.
