According to relatives, 23-year-old Ashu was living in a live-in relationship with the mother of two children for the last few months. He stayed at his home during the day and went to the woman's place at night. The mother of the deceased alleges that the woman was pressurizing her to marry and threatened that if she did not marry, she would ruin the entire family.
Relatives allege that the young man Ashu cannot commit suicide, he has been murdered. At the same time, the woman called the allegations baseless and said that she was living in a live-in relationship with Ashu for six months. There was a mutual quarrel between the two.
According to the woman, there was a dispute over a girl at around 11 pm. She had gone out to get milk and when she returned after some time, Ashu tied a scarf to the fan and hanged himself. The woman claims that she tried to save Ashu's life by cutting his sari with scissors. He called one of Ashu's friends, who asked him to perform chest compressions. On doing this Ashu vomited.
She kept searching for a rickshaw all night so that she could take him to the hospital, but could not find any. Later the team of Dial-112 reached the spot, which was informed about the entire incident. The woman says that Ashu was a drug addict. Sector 32 police station is investigating the matter.
