The trial in the theft case was completed in just five and a half hours, the judge sentenced three years

Jagran correspondent, Jaipur. Just a few hours after the charge sheet was presented in a theft case in Rajasthan, Judicial Magistrate Dr. Ajay Kumar Vishnoi gave the verdict. The judge sentenced the three accused of theft to three years of rigorous imprisonment each and also imposed a fine of Rs 20,000 each.

This is the first case in Rajasthan when the testimony in the case took place on the same day of presentation of the challan, the arguments were completed with the display of documents. After this the judicial magistrate also gave the verdict. During this period, the Judicial Magistrate neither had lunch nor left the court to his room.

Prosecution officer Pankaj Yadav said in the court that along with recording the statements of seven witnesses, 50 important documents were studied in the court in record time.

In fact, the challan was presented in the morning in the Pawta Court of Kotputli-Behror district in Rajasthan. Judicial Magistrate Dr. Ajay Kumar Vishnoi gave the verdict in just five and a half hours after the challan was presented.

In fact, on the night of January 5, cash was stolen by breaking the shutters of four shops at Narayanpur More in Pavata area. The shopkeepers lodged a report at Pragpura police station on January 6.

After investigation, the police arrested the accused on January 27. After this, on January 29, the police presented the charge sheet in the court at 11.30 am. After the challan was presented, the trial was completed in just five and a half hours. Then the sentence was pronounced.
