The case against Shubham alias Simbhu, accused in the case of murder of a friend by stabbing him with a knife during a bloody clash at a birthday party, will be held in the district court. Sector-39 police station has filed a charge sheet under section 103(1) of BNS. Now the hearing of the case against Shubham will start from 16th February. Shubham was arrested by the police just a few hours after the incident.
This incident took place on 23 November 2025 during a birthday party in a house located in Sector-55. Vishal, who lost his life, worked in a private company. He had gone to another friend's birthday party with his friend Shubham. Both of them drank alcohol during the party.
Meanwhile, there was an argument between the two regarding some issue. Within no time, a fight started between them and in anger, Shubham picked up a knife kept nearby and stabbed Vishal several times. Critically injured Vishal was immediately taken to the hospital in Sector-16, where doctors declared him dead.
Shubham had fled from the spot after the incident.

During the investigation, the police recorded statements of other friends present at the party, collected medical and forensic reports and collected other evidence. On the basis of this evidence, a charge sheet has now been filed in the district court.
