Jagran correspondent, Roorkee. A child resident of Teliwala, Roorkee was found in injured condition near Sahanpur railway station. A part of one of his legs was amputated after being hit by a train.
The RPF team sent him to the hospital. Also informed Roorkee Police about this. The local police team is now searching for the child's relatives.
On Friday, a 10-year-old child was lying in a critical condition near Saharanpur railway station. The lower part of one of his legs was cut off after being hit by a train. On receiving the information, Sub Inspector of Railway Police Force Arvind Kumar reached the spot. Seeing the serious condition of the child, he sent him to the hospital.
When the child was interrogated, he told his name as Arman, son of Naushad, resident of Teliwala Kotwali Ganganahar. Armaan told that his father works as a drummer. Also told that his house is near the cremation ground.
The RPF sub-inspector informed the Civil Lines Kotwali police. After this, Gangahar Kotwali police came to know about the incident. The Ganganahar Kotwali police team is searching for the child's relatives on the basis of his name and address.
Inspector Manohar Bhandari, in-charge of Ganganahar Kotwali said that the child's relatives will be searched and informed. He told that it is not yet known how Armaan reached Saharanpur.
