On one hand, JDU has described him as an accused in a criminal case, while on the other hand, LJP (R) chief and Union Minister Chirag Paswan has raised questions on his competence.
Union Minister Chirag Paswan said, "...What was the reason for RJD's historic defeat? I believe that he (Tejashwi Yadav) is the son of Lalu Prasad Yadav, hence the command of the party will go into his hands... He is being given such a big post and it shows that this (RJD) party is limited to just one family..."
Questions raised on Tejashwi's ability
