Jagran correspondent, Aligarh. During recovery in Kol Tehsil area, a defaulter died due to sudden deterioration in his health. Raza Nagar resident Smile Khan was being brought to the tehsil in the government vehicle of Tehsildar Shweta Jindal on Tuesday morning in connection with the recovery of revenue dues.
Revenue of about Rs 1.47 lakh was outstanding
It was told that Smile Khan had outstanding revenue of about Rs 1.47 lakh. According to information, at around 9:30 am on Tuesday, Amin Khajan Singh and other revenue officials had reached Raza Nagar for recovery. There Smile Khan was seated in the vehicle and brought to the tehsil for necessary action.

As soon as he reached the Tehsil premises, while getting down from the car, his health suddenly deteriorated and he started vomiting. Seeing the serious situation, the tehsil employees immediately took him to the district hospital. After investigation, doctors in the district hospital declared Smile Khan dead. As soon as information about the incident was received, there was a stir in the revenue department and administrative department. Information about the matter has also been given to higher officials.
