Jagran correspondent, Dhanbad. Run new trains from Adra to Ujjain via Bhaga, Mahuda and Chandrapura at least two days a week. This will provide convenience to thousands of passengers and will be able to reach the court of Mahakal. Giridih MP Chandra Prakash Chaudhary put forward these demands in the meeting of MPs organized with South Eastern Railway General Manager Anil Mishra.
He said that Aranyak Express running between Bhojudih and Shalimar should be run till Mahuda. Increase the frequency of Ranchi-Kamakhya Express and run it two days a week like before. This is the only train connecting Assam to this region.
Along with starting the stoppage of Puri-Anandvihar Nandan Kanan Express and Shalimar-Gorakhpur Express at Khanudih station, it was recommended to run a new MEMU between Khanudih and Asansol.
Said that as long as the process of approval of MEMU train continues, Bhaga-Adra MEMU should be extended till Khanudih and run from Khanudih to Asansol. The MP said that Gomo-Chakradharpur and other trains are getting delayed by hours. Their punctuality should be improved.
Regular run of Jhargram MEMU till Dhanbad
