In this matter, a counter case has been registered in Devipur police station on behalf of AIIMS management and outsourcing company. Junior Administrative Officer Siddharth Kumar has registered the case on behalf of AIIMS management.
In the case registered, he has been accused of corruption and fraud in the reinstatement process for the post of lift operator. It is said that AIIMS had given the work to a company named M/s Intelligence Security of India to provide lift operators in AIIMS. This work was given to him on 21 June 2024.
It is alleged that the agent was reinstated by the company for this. These people used to demand one lakh rupees from the candidates in the name of job. If someone did not pay they were not called for interview. On payment of money, the less qualified person was given a chance.
When AIIMS investigated at its own level, prima facie several irregularities and criminal conspiracy came to light. On this basis, a demand has been made to investigate the matter and take action. On the other hand, a case has been registered on the statement of the company's senior manager Mukesh Kumar Singh.
AIIMS official Saket Bihari and unknown others have been made accused in the registered case. In the registered case, there has been an allegation of taking money illegally. It is alleged that his company had got a tender to provide manpower. The recruitment process in AIIMS is conducted by the authorized recruitment committee of AIIMS.
Administrative officer Saket Bihari is a member in this. They received a written complaint from the candidates alleging that Saket Bihari had illegally demanded money from the candidates during the recruitment process. Money has been taken from them. This act is illegal and also affects the image transparency of the institution.
On this basis, a demand has been made to investigate the case and take appropriate action against Saket Bihari and others. The police is investigating the case
